Allana Buick & Bers’ turnkey scope included permitting, design, engineering, construction management and financing of the installation of the 178kW roof mounted system.

Allana Buick & Bers used energy analysis and life cycle cost analysis to determine the economic value associated with the proposed renewable energy measure. This process involved technical investigation and modeling and estimates of operations and maintenance costs over time.

Allana Buick & Bers arranged a unique project-finance structure for the project to deliver the best possible PPA financing. Allana Buick & Bers’ scope included interconnection to the grid and all project management and QA monitoring through the installation, start-up and commissioning process.
